Luis Balaguer, founder and CEO of Latin World Entertainment (LatinWE) told PRODU the company is already producing all programming genres to be broadcast on YouTubes Hispanic channel.We are going to have a little bit of everything. The online channels shows are already being produced in Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela and Miami, said Balaguer during Natpe.We will focus more on producing online content that we can exploit through our talents social networks, he said, adding that talent management remained the most important part of the company. Its the lifeblood of our company. All projects, be it marketing, production, or sponsorships, stem from it. Management is the source of everything, he added.Balaguer and his business partner, superstar Sofía Vergara, joined Electus, from renowned American producer Ben Silverman, to create for YouTube a Spanish-language channel with professionally produced content.
